Bryan Asay, is a Maintenance Director at Valencia Senior Living with 20+ years of Managerial and 15+ years of Law Enforcement experience, helping to improve the lives of those around him. Bryan believes that, "The residents' needs come first and foremost, and this is also the most important priority to our Management team." Bryan is a single father of two children, a 17year old girl and a 16 year old boy with whom he loves spending time with camping, fishing and anything outdoors, as well as going to the movies or staying home to play board games.

With over 25 years of global business development, operations, management, HR, corporate training, public relations, quality assurance, Five Star Customer Service leadership, and Senior Living operations/management experience, I believe in creating the most beautiful, positive, safe, thriving environment for our Residents. Ensuring top notch care and customer service, and providing quality opportunities for social events and daily activities that challenge, inspire, and deeply fulfill our Residents, is my greatest passion and most rewarding responsibility.

Ashley has been a nurse for over 11 years She has worked for the senior living industry for over 20 years, specializing in Home Health and Hospice. She is passionate about being a nurse and cares to make a difference in people's lives. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, attend sporting events and dance.

I have been a CNA/Med tech since I was 16 and have worked everything from skilled nursing, group homes, hospice memory care and assisted living for over 15 years. I have been working as an activities director for the last 2 years. In my free time I love being a mom to my 8 children.
Carmen
Resident Care Coordinator
Creating a team that provides outstanding care and customer service to seniors in assisted living has become my passion. I graduated with my bachelors from the University of Utah. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Death Doula and use these certifications to provide more training and education to my staff and families. In my free time I am usually found on the Lacrosse field with my son or in the mountains hiking, painting or drawing.
